As a former restaurant chef & proprietress, I know it's the details that count when it comes to entertaining. From age 25 to 30, I dedicated my life to cooking and hospitality at my restaurant, Cocotte, in Northeast Portland. During those formative years, I developed and honed my culinary voice and learned how to roll with the punches (of which the restaurant industry can throw a lot). 

However unique your event or culinary need is, my versatility, experience, and true love of cooking and feeding will meet your needs and exceed expectations.
