When I moved to Portland in 2008, I was out of shape, unmotivated to move, and missing out on a lot of life. Thanks to the help of my own personal trainer, fitness became habit, and habit became happiness. My approach as a personal trainer is all about functional fitness to help you thrive in daily life activities as well as the occasional active adventure.
