When I moved to Portland in 2008, I was out of shape, unmotivated to move, and missing out on a lot of life. Thanks to the help of my own personal trainer, fitness became habit, and habit became happiness. My approach as a personal trainer is all about functional fitness to help you thrive in daily life activities as well as the occasional active adventure. I want to help others discover how much fun life can be when you have energy and strength to explore it!

Travel can be so much more rewarding with experiences like this. Once I developed a habit of being active, it became a necessity, and I now enjoy so much more of life.
